Human Performance

About the podcast

In this edition of ThePTN’s podcast, Clare Bosanko gives us her insights into the elements of human performance that impact working within the trauma team, both as the TTL and as a functioning member of the trauma team.

Human factors are an often under appreciate area that is commonly missed in standard teaching in favour of clinical knowledge. Clare highlights the importance of being aware of these factors and how we can work on them to improve our performance, our team’s performance and ultimately patient outcomes. A great podcast that should be listened to with our ‘Being a TTL: Expert Experience’ podcast to hit all those non-technical elements of the training.
